Sundays in bed with is hosted by Kate at Midnight Book Girl. This week I am listening to the audio version of one of my favorite books:
I just got the Galaxy S5 and it’s amazing, but I’m still figuring out how to use it. However, the first thing I did was to make sure I could work my Audible app. If this was twitter, I would hashtag this “priorities”.
Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews.
The last few weeks I picked up a few books, all of which I’m excited for.
Noggin by John Corey Whaley - I was already curious about this one, but Jen sent it to me because she said it was my kind of weird. I just started it, but I’m only about 20 pages in.
The Plot Thickens by Noah Lukeman and Self-Editing for Fiction Writers by Renni Browne and Dave King - I borrowed both of these from the library after seeing them on a list of great books for writers. I have too many WIPS (all finished drafts, at least) and really focus on revising it this summer, so hopefully I’ll be able to renew these a few times. I LOVED Lukeman’s The First Five Pages, so I have high hopes for this one.
Far From You by Tess Sharpe - Andye of Reading Teen offered her unread ARCs to bloggers who would review them on her site. I’ve been looking forward to reading this one and I love Reading Teen, so I was really excited about her post. I’m starting it after I finish Noggin.
Curtsies and Conspiracies by Gail Carriger - I borrowed this from the library, but I might actually buy this from audible. We’ll see.
The Dare by Hannah Jayne (not pictured) is an an e-galley. Thank you Sourcebooks Fire and NetGalley.
Talker 25 (not pictured) by Joshua McCune - I purchased this for Kindle because it sounds amazing.
Dortothy Must Die (not pictured) by Danielle Paige- I bought this as a gift, but then decided to keep it. Oops.
Writing the Other (not pictured) by Nisi Shawl and Cynthia Ward- I purchased this because it was recommended during the We Need Diverse Books campaign.

I think Audible was my first app download when I got my phone last year too!
I really loved Far From You, so I’ll be interested in hearing your thoughts!

I’ll text you while I read, maybe. If that is okay with you.
Ooh Noggin! I really want to read that. I think it’s going to be my kind of weird. I have Talker 25 on my list as well. Awesome haul, thanks for visiting mine!

I have so many good books to read, but I’m really really hoping to get to Talker 25 during the Bout of Books this week!

Don’t feel badly about not knowing how to use the Galaxy 55. I don’t even know what it is! *lol selfie*. I did listen to part of an audiobook while waiting on a prescription this last week. Love the cover of Paper Towns!

I love it, too! It’s weird listening to it because I read it right after graduating college and it really informed my 20s.

Dorothy Must die sounds so intriguing and twisted. I hope you like it! Happy Reading!
Here are my newest additions.

“If this was twitter, I would hashtag this “priorities”.” LOL!
I’m excited that Paper Towns is going to be a movie, but apprehensive, too. It’s my favorite John Green book and I don’t want it messed up!
I need to read some writing books… I have tons of WIPs, too, but I have yet to finish a draft. Eeek! But I did get a new idea the other day that I think I might work on for Camp NaNo in July. We’ll see how that goes.
Hope you love all these books!
